While living a balanced life is a worthy goal, its often a misunderstood one. A balanced life is not a fixed point or stationary way of being; balance in action is fluid, adaptable and dynamic. Rather than focusing on balance poses we will apply mindful presence to a wide variety of postures for a whole-hearted experience. Instead of performing asana in some perfectly-aligned way, we’ll weave the depth of mind, body and spirit into our practice, learning to respond appropriately to the circumstance at hand. This full spectrum class will blend slow flow with held postures and is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
