With the new Ikon Pass, we know we will be experiencing a huge influx of visitors that have never been to Mammoth Lakes. Providing excellent customer service is imperative.
That is why we are providing three customer service training sessions on November 13 and 14 with guest speaker Dave Meltzer, CEO of Sports 1 Marketing.
For Frontline staff, we are offering two free customer service training sessions on Tuesday, November 13 from 4-6pm and Wednesday, November 14 from 9-11am. Again, the frontline training sessions are FREE and we encourage everyone to attend.
