    As part of the Peak Performance Program speaker series, the Chamber is hosting Erik Seversen, motivational speaker, educator, author and adventurer, for the second part of his training series. Erik has spoken around the world on how to go from ordinary to extraordinary  through his positive training methods. Watch a preview of what you will be hearing from Erik during this customer service workshop. 
     
    Whether you're new to the service industry or a seasoned customer service professional, we invite ALL to attend Erik's talk to get up to speed and inspired for the year ahead. 
     
    The afternoon session on 6/18 and morning session on 6/19 will be the same content. Choose the best one for your schedule and join us. These sessions are FREE for all Mono County employees and employers.
