Power Lunch: Employees First

This November, our Power Lunch will be held as the 2022 Customer Service Training Manager Luncheon. Managers and owners are invited to learn the specifics and benefits of putting your employees first. This luncheon will take place on November 15^th from 12pm-2pm.

In addition to our Manager Luncheon, businesses can sign up their frontline workers for Rolling Out the Red Carpet. The Frontline Customer Service Workshops will be on November 15^th from 4pm to 6pm or November 16^th from 9am to 11am. Both workshops will cover the same material, so sign up for whichever one will suit your employees best.
