    Event Description:
    Community is such an essential part of what makes Mammoth Lakes a special place. This month we will hear from local women about how they have plugged in to Mammoth Lakes and are contributing to building a vibrant community. Following the discussion, we will give attendees a chance to build connections and connect with other women. Please be sure to register in advance to receive the Zoom information.

    This WIB event will feature a raffle prize from Side Door of a magnum bottle of One Stone Cabernet from the Ancient Peaks Winery. One Stone is a tribute to the women who love mountains, one stone at a time. Answer a trivia question to win or visit Side Door to purchase!

    Christi Constable
    Owner of Sierra Dog Ventures


    Christi Constable is the owner and operator of Sierra Dog Ventures, an adventure day camp for dogs based in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Sierra Dog Ventures combines a love of being outdoors, dogs and hiking in the most beautiful setting, which makes the passion for what she does come easy! Christi has lived in the Sierra with her husband, Duncan, and their two dogs, Johnny and Oso, for 5 winters.

    Christi also sits on the Recreation Commission and recently founded a fundraising campaign to support local restaurants and their employees affected by the pandemic which raised $11,000! She loves her community and staying involved however possible and is always in complete awe of the comradery and "lend a hand" mentality that runs deep in Mammoth. 



    Deb Radcliff
    Owner of Side Door Wine Bar & Cafe


    After spending over 30 years in the retail business, Deb and her husband Ryan moved to Mammoth to take advantage of the mountain lifestyle they have come to love. In 2019, they purchased The Side Door Wine Bar and Café, after being patrons since it opened in 2005. Their extensive experience and background in merchandising, marketing, promotions,  inventory analysis and technology, along with their passion for wine made this an exceptional opportunity to take an existing wine bar and grow the business into a flourishing, profitable retail wine shop and café.

    Deb is a marketing executive and board member proven in directing and enhancing regional, national and global marketing functions for corporate entities like The Home Depot, Sports Authority, West Marine and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at 5.11, Inc. She has a “roll up the sleeves” mentality and is known for her strengths in mentoring and guiding teams and individuals to become successful throughout their career journeys. 



    Leigh Ann Turner
    Teacher, Mammoth Elementary School


    Leigh Ann moved to Mammoth from New York in the Spring of 2003. She initially started working for Ski School as an Instructor. In 2004, Leigh Ann became a coach for the Development Snowboard Team and continued for the next 6 years. She lucked out in 2010 when she was offered a teaching position at Mammoth Elementary School. Leigh Ann taught 4th grade for 5 years, Kindergarten for a year, and is in her fifth year of teaching 3rd grade.

    In that time, Leigh Ann got married and became a mother of two lovely children- a six year old daughter and a three year old son. Over the past 18 years, she has sang in several local bands, performed on stage in multiple theatre productions, and directed Mammoth High School musicals and plays.
