  • The Chamber's Peak Performance Program delivers on our promise to assist local businesses with workforce development. Several times a year, we host speakers for interactive training with frontline/customer service staff, management staff and business owners. Our Peak Performance Program/Services Committee oversees this programming.

    Our June 2018 speaker, training expert Jo Zulaica, focused on burnout & resilience training with frontline staff and value alignment with management staff and business owners.
