    Essential Job Functions:

    • Direct activities in Housekeeping in absence of Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
    • Clean and maintain Hotel rooms in accordance with established quality standards.
    • Follow all departmental and safety procedures.
    • Promote positive guest relations and promptly attend to our guests needs.
    • Report any maintenance issues observed.
    • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, i.e. linen room, maid cart, etc.
    • Turn in all Lost & Found according in accordance with established procedures.
    • Deep cleaning projects as assigned.
    • Fulfill amenities and guest requests.
    • Handle guest problems in a friendly and courteous manner.
    • Meet with supervisor/manager to review assignments, anticipate business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
    • Maintain complete knowledge of all services related to the Company.
    • Maintain professional conduct and excellence in the execution of all tasks.
    • Abide by all Company Policies as outlined in Company Employee Handbook and Standards of Conduct.
    • Perform other duties as assigned, requested and deemed necessary by management.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate preferred.
    • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
    • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow through on duties assigned.
    • Ability to be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment.
    • Able to resolve guest and associate conflicts.
    • Ability to clearly listen and communicate information and ideas.
    • Ability to transport cases of received goods to storage area.
    • Ability to work with all cleaning products used during job duties.
    • Ability to operate all equipment required in job functions.
    • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
    • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments and co-workers as part of a team.
    • Must have ability to listen to and communicate information to guests and coworkers in a courteous and respectful manner.
    • Ability to be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment.
    • Ability to stand and work for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Ability to communicate in English and or/Spanish required.
    • Flexibility in schedule.
