About Us
Insurance Scouts is a people-first insurance agency. Having lived in the Eastern Sierra most of his life, owner Brian Jaegers cares about his clients first and foremost. His passion for the area is why he opened Insurance Scouts.
Insurance Scouts does business and commercial insurance, workers comp insurance, commercial auto insurance, apartment owners insurance and flood/earthquake insurance.
Independence in the insurance business is not easy, but independence benefits Brian's clients and the way he serves them. In 2008, Brian opened Inyo-Mono Insurance Services, a multi-line independent insurance agency. In 2016, Brian re-branded the company as Insurance Scouts to better reflect the geographic coverage area and refined product offerings. Brian operates under the golden rule: if he wouldn't want something as part of his insurance plan, he won't offer it to you.
