Seasoned, driven, and accredited construction professional with over 15 years of experience in a variety of commercial construction project types and clients. As a Certified Construction Manager I manage design, negotiate contracts, ensure close cost control, coordinate trades, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with all project stakeholders for timely implementation and execution of multi million-dollar projects. Dedicated to team building, leadership, and quality control management for every project I engage in. I represent commercial and residential developers and homeowners, and offer 3rd party project management consulting for contractors.
