Originally from the land of beers (San Diego), owner and brewer Drew Wallace has been a resident of Mammoth Lakes for over 10 years. With eight years of home brewing experience, he decided to open a nano-brewery in town to create one-of-a-kind beers and brews not usually available in this area. Black Doubt Brewing Company thrived in a tiny location with a four barrel system for four years before he teamed up with his brother Kirk to form a new 10 barrel system just down the street. Finally in a space where the brothers could create new and exciting beers, Distant Brewing focuses on bringing an exciting collection of beverages to the Eastern Sierras.
