Originally from San Bernardino CA, Jerrica moved to Mammoth Lakes in the summer of 2012. Shortly after arriving, she began working at Bank of America, but when the branch closed, she transitioned into property management—a career that would span the next decade.
Over 10 years in the industry, Jerrica developed extensive experience managing properties, building strong relationships with homeowners, tenants, and the local community. During this time, she earned her real estate license and later obtained her broker’s license, further solidifying her expertise in the field.

In December 2024, Jerrica took the next big step and launched her own property management company, a family-oriented business driven by a commitment to serving the local community. With the support of her husband and their daughter, she is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality property management services that help homeowners maximize their investments while ensuring a seamless experience for tenants.

As a business owner, wife, and mother, Jerrica understands the importance of community and strives to create lasting, positive relationships with the people she serves.

She is excited to contribute to the Chamber and the Mammoth Lakes business community while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the region.
