Program Spotlight

Owner/Manager Customer Service Workshop

We find ourselves at a unique time where organizations must lead five different generations. This engaging program will explain the reasons that drive generational differences and then share best practices for leading across the generations. Attendees will learn actionable ways to improve the employee experience across the generations.

Frontline Customer Service Workshop II

The customer experience today is largely about the little moments. Improve your team's customer service by helping them understand how to do the little things to drive value and gain a deeper appreciation for the need to exceed customer expectations. Staff will walk away with actionable ways to improve the customer experience.
