• Mammoth Lakes Food Bank

The community of Mammoth Lakes is once again in need of support for our tourism industry employees displaced by the stay at home order, and virtual closure of our town, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, we will once again be operating a drive-thru food bank. Mammoth Lakes is nearly 100% dependent on tourist visitation for our livelihood and with lodging properties closed by government order, restaurants reduced to take-out and deliver only, and retail stores limited to just 25% occupancy during the busy holiday season, our front line workers are in dire need of support.  All donated funds will be used to provide critical food support for Mammoth Lakes residents through IMACA (Inyo Mono Advocates for Community Action) and other food support systems.  Mammoth Community Foundation is the non-profit 501(c)(3) wing of the Mammoth lakes Chamber of Commerce and your donation is tax deductible so please give what you can to support our community in these tough times.

  • Mountain View Fire Relief Fund

As of November 18th, the uncontained Mountain View Fire has burned nearly 30,000 acres near the Antelope Valley communities of Coleville, Walker and Topaz. At least 60 homes and other structures have been destroyed, and more than 100 families and individuals have been displaced. Immediate assistance is needed.

Please join us in supporting our neighbors impacted by the Mountain View Fire. The Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Mammoth Community Foundation (which is the charitable arm of the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce) and the Northern Mono Chamber of Commerce have partnered to serve as official ambassadors of the Mountain View Fire Relief Fund effort. Your contribution will assist those impacted by the Mountain View Fire by providing funds for immediate needs, including food, clothing, and shelter.

Funds collected through the Mammoth Community Foundation will be passed through to the Northern Mono Chamber for official distribution. We thank you for your generosity. As of December 29, $149,300 has been raised.
