Frontline Customer Service Training: Psychology of Hospitality Service
Mammoth Lakes is a very special place and while we live and recreate in this picturesque scenery every day, for our visitors it is something new and exciting. As we have seen the last few years, some people coming to visit our area are unfamiliar with how to explore the Eastern Sierra and inevitably are going to have a lot of questions. This Customer Service Training Series is going to focus on hospitality service, understanding the traveler’s journey and how best to educate and communicate with our customers, who might still be learning how to recreate responsibly.
About Our Speaker
Sahara Rose De Vore is a Wellness Travel Coach & Consultant and the Founder of The Travel Coach Network. Sahara is a world traveler who now educates on the wellness benefits of purposeful and transformative travel as well as the value that travel has on work performance and the corporate world. She is a published author, a global speaker, and has been seen in various media outlets including Forbes, Skift, Yahoo! Finance, USA Today, Corporate Wellness Magazine, and Business Insider for her expertise.
