How does the process work?

After homeowners fill out an application online, a representative from the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce will follow up to gather more information and answer any questions. The unit(s) will then be listed on our website. When a renter is interested, we provide the homeowner with a background a credit check. Once provided with a local renter(s) application it is the homeowners responsibility to reach out to set up a showing and discuss leasing details. If the homeowner and renter feel it’s a good fit, please let us know so we can remove the listing.
